About Me

Twelve years ago, I watched my best friend spiral through menopause while doctors dismissed her and influencers gave her advice that made everything worse.

She was exhausted, gaining weight no matter what she tried, and starting to believe her body had given up on her.

So I did what I do best. I dove into the research.

I'm a menopause researcher, retired professor, and founder of the LifeBloom Institute for Women's Health. I've spent over a decade studying what actually works for women's bodies during this transition.

But here's the thing: I didn't just study it. I lived it.

I know what it's like to button your jeans and have them dig into your belly. To catch your reflection and wonder when you got so puffy. To walk into rooms and completely forget why.
